Open the outer cap/lid counterclockwise.
Turn the inner refill container in the same direction you opened the outer cap/lid. (counterclockwise)
Remove the existing inner refill container.
Remove the inner cap/lid of the new refill container.
Put in the new refill container and turn it clockwise all the way to prevent it from coming off.
