HOW TO USE:
Take one or two tablets with meals.
Maximum two tablets per day.
ADVISORIES/PRECAUTIONS
Not suitable for vegetarians – the iron is derived from shellfish.
Consumption of coffee or tea can inhibit the absorption of iron.
Pregnant and nursing women should consult their physician before use.
High dosage may cause nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhoea.
