Shake well. Saturate a cotton pad.
To remove eye makeup: Hold saturated cotton pad over closed eyes for a few seconds then gently wipe without harsh rubbing.
To cleanse skin and remove makeup: Gently wipe saturated cotton pad over skin until completely clear of makeup and impurities.
No need to rinse.
