To process a return or refund, please follow these steps:
1. Photos : Upon receiving your package, check everything. If there are issues, take clear photos of the items, the outer box.
2. Videos : For malfunctioning or cracked items, please make a video and send it to ( email )
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unopened and in good condition.
We cannot process refunds for orders received beyond this timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
