HOW TO USE

This product is for STEP 1: BRUSH of the GLISTER Oral Care System. Use every morning and night.

Apply toothpaste to bristles and place your toothbrush at a 45° angle against the gums. Brush back and forth in a circular motion for at least 2 minutes. Do not forget to gently brush your gums, too.

Brush the outer tooth surfaces, the inner tooth surfaces and the chewing surfaces of the teeth.

Use the tip of the brush to clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, using gentle up-and-down strokes.

Finally, using the textured soft surface on the back of the toothbrush, clean your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.

ADVISORIES AND PRECAUTIONS

Adults and Children over 2 years of age: Brush teeth thoroughly, at least twice a day, or as directed by dentist or physician. Children 2 to 6 years: Use only a pea sized amount and supervise child’s brushing and rinsing (to minimise swallowing). Rinse with water after brushing.
